Hi, Just to clarify a few points: 1.- In my previous email I indicated that from the same computer in the same network I can access the same meeting without problems using the windows versions inside a VM. Both systems have bridge networking so they act as peers network wise. 2.- Therefore I do not 'need' to use the plugin from the windows version, but from the Mac version is the only way to access If I try to use the native application (from the conference link I choose to use Skype for business) the chat opens, but not the audio/video 3.- From the same network I have no problems accessing the same conference with the IOS version 4.- I'll get a screenshot, but it is the same as reported by many other users. You see from the web plugin the conference, participants and all elements, but the area where the screen is shared is totally white and nothing appears. Hello F.Marquez, Thanks for your information. Since the Skype for Business meeting works well in the same network environment on a Windows System, you are right that the problem is not related to the network. We still confused about why you use the Skype for Business web application to see the screen sharing. We’ve test with the same Skype for Business for Mac version but we didn’t see the same issue. When we click on the meeting link, we can choose use the Skype for Business for Mac client to join the meeting. Could you give us a screenshot about the choices on your side? Also, please give us a screenshot about the entire Skype meeting interface. Your cooperation is highly appreciated. Thank you very much. Regards, Barry. Thanks for the answer.Let me clarify some of the points. When we click on the link for the meeting (with an external organisation), we get of course, the same option to use the Skype for business for audio: When we allow: But, when we join, we do not get the typical screen informing that we are in the Virtual Lobby, but instead we get this: No audio or connection at all. The conference is indeed happening, as in paralell we can access for example from the IOS application on a different device. Now, if we use the web app instead (using the same link with the?sl=1) everything seems to work, including audio. But the problem we get is the as soon as we or anyone else share their desktop or show a presentation, we just see a blank windows instead of the content being shared: No problem at all using the windows version or even IOS to attend the same meeting from the same network where we are. As I wrote earlier, my Skype for business version is also patched up to the latest level. Thanks for your support! [PII removed by Forum Moderator]. It’s finally here! As soon as I saw the announcement, I grabbed a copy and one of our test Macs. The same Mac on which I’d tested the Skype Preview earlier in the year (and had several issues). Fortunately, the new Mac client installed & ran smoothly. Get the Mac Client Download Skype for Business on Mac here: (Curious note: Microsoft has a page up for Skype for Business apps:.
